Nice day RR11,

I like the Draw option in USA/Guatemala seeing as it will be all both teams need to advance and that will be the agreement made behind closed doors.

So your Under 2.5 looks about right in my estimation.

The US has fixed the Sault Lake Olympics, Can/USA Womens Semi-final and they will advance tonight in a fixed match.

I know I sound cynical but that's the system we have.

PS. I have to think the back four were on the take in the CAN/HON match. McKenna is a sneaky untrustworthy guy IMHO. They did the same BS in Panama.

WOW. The worst thing that could have happened is a quick GUAT goal.

3 goals in 18'. LOL what a joke soccer has become. LOL

That game today was a joke. I am at a loss for words. I'd say Ricketts may have been involved, but he's never had any finish. Two sure goals missed in the first 10 minutes??? That would have turned the whole game around. They showed no heart, no grit and certainly didn't look like they wanted to win. I'm embarrassed to say I had to sit through that game. They owe the fans an apology.

My logic was the same regarding USA/Guat... Logic was there, early goal killed it though. If they went scoreless in the first 20 minutes, both teams would settle in and play for tie. But Guatemala scored early which probably upset the US and thus they went on to win the game. Upsetting day. I had a 6 team parlay with Hungary PK, Greece PK, Norway, Switzerland, Netherlands and then Germany (who I threw in for the hell of it to add some $$ to the payout). Then they go and blow a 4-0 lead AT HOME!!!! Come on. I was so upset all around today. Not in a good mood lol. Payout was close to $1500. Lost that with a -500 favourite, when I had two plus money games and two short favs in. That's a killer. And to top it all off, I had to see the final score flashed on Sportsnet just as Honduras took a 4-0 lead on Canada. I'm surprised I didn't break my computer lol.....

Anyways, on to the next ones Aruk hope all is well with you!

11-11-4 (+1.51)

Pending: England -125

With the game pushed back a day, I'm not as confident now. Most of these English players will be restless for having to stay an extra night in Poland. They all have games coming up this weekend with their club teams and I just don't know how focused they'll be. They do have a terrific track record though in qualifying so I'm sticking with it. Poland will miss their captain Blaszczykowski and I think that's the difference.

Some real shitty beats the last two days but still managed to remain in the green after how some of these games finished off. What can you do.

Will the 2014 World Cup be anticlimactic with heavy favorite Spain winning?

i should have clicked here before i posted but my thoughts with england are just like yours minus the bet.....far too much focus will be with the trip home short rest and matches on the weekend. It will only give them one day to count their money between matches too so that will be a big worry...hopefully england can manage a win but in the end i just can't put money on it .... gl

No not at all in my opinion. A few of Spains key players getting up there in age (Xavi and Puyol), while there's a few other teams that will be VERY hard to beat.

Brazil will field the best team they've had since 2002 when they won, and best of all is they will be hosting this 2014 World Cup so they have home field advantage.

Brazil XI: Cesar; Marcelo, David Luiz, Thiago Silva, Dani Alves; Sandro, Oscar, Lucas Moura; Neymar, Pato, Hulk... that's a crazy good team to field and on home turf to top it off.

Germany XI: Neuer; Lahm, Hummels, Mertesacker, Badstuber; Khedira, Schweinsteiger; Gotze, Ozil, Podolski; Reus (then you have the likes of Toni Kroos, Benedikt Howedes, Thoman Muller, Andres Schurrle, Mario Gomez, Sven and Lars Bender all coming off the bench).... My pick to win in 2014

Argentina is spoiled for choice up front between: Messi, Lavezzi, Aguero, Higuain, di Maria, Pastore and Banega. That's unbelievable. And they get to play close to home in Brazil, still in South America which benefits them.

Holland and Italy both have a solid group of experienced players and a very impressive group of youngsters coming in.

Mexico has been dominant, France's national team is back in the spotlight, there's so much competition. It's going to be wide open. I'm willing to bet a LOT of money Spain don't win... pretty confident in that.

Locking these two friendly plays in now. I'm half Dutch and closely follow their national team. Expect a very experimental back four from them (van Rhijn, martens indi, heitinga, willems). No van Persie, Strootman or Sneijder for the Dutch also. They will still have quality up front in Huntelaar, VDV and Robben, but the young back four will be exposed at the back. Joachim Low said he wants his German side to continue scoring goals like they have been. In a friendly match with nothing at stake, expect a very attack minded lineup from both teams with Germany notching a win over their rivals.

Germany +160
Over 3 +105

Adding*

Argentina -2 -110

They're in good form at the moment. Manager called up a strong squad for this match with players fighting for spots in forthcoming qualifiers. Should cruise to an easy 3-0 or 4-0 win over Saudi Arabia

HOW IS THIS GAME STILL 0-0!? LOL, there's been soooooooo many chances. Goals will come, still lots of time. A goal before half would be nice though.
